I am a video editor with 8 years experience with non-linear video editing on multiple editing programs including Adobe Premiere, AVID, Final Cut and Edius both SD and HD.
I have over 5 years experience working with local NBC affiliate KSL in Salt Lake City, Utah as a video editor, graphic designer and promotional/topical commercial writer/videographer. I am a really fast editor and it has paid off working in the news industry.

I have use editing skills with Photoshop and After Effects as well.

I have also worked with online news and documentary style packages.

I tend to have a strong focus on looking from the audience perspective and using time management skills, able to handle pressure deadlines, strategist with the overall team and keep a keen eye to detail.

I would love to do more work outside the news environment. I have been working with other video editing projects outside the news realm and I love and put just as much effort into those projects.

I really enjoy my life as a video editor. I do love to work in production houses, mostly because I can really let my creativity and expertise show. I have attached my sample reel as well as full videos below.
